P.A. ELECTIONS

Dear Fellow Parents,
It is time to elect the officers for the Parents’ Association for the 2011-2012 Academic Year. The Parents’ Association (P.A.) plays an active role in the services and activities provided for your children throughout the school year. The officers of the P.A. organize fundraising activities, attend school and community meetings, and undertake a variety of activities to further enhance the school environment.
Will you consider running for a P.A. position? Any parent can be an officer of the P.A.. If you are interested in serving on the P.A., please indicate your interest by e-mailing pamail@pa101.org or by completing the form below and returning it along with the attached form to the P.A. Office by Wednesday, May 3, 2011.
Current Officers wishing to run for re-election must also submit an application to the Nominating Committee. The close of nominations will take place on May 4, 2011.
The P.A. positions available are:

President or Co-Presidents

Vice President or up to 3 Co-Vice Presidents (1st, 2nd and 3rd Vice)

Treasurer or Co-Treasurers

Communications Secretary or Co-Communications Secretary

Recording Secretary or Co-Recording Secretary
The P.A. election will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2011.
